Antoine Baudart - Lawyer of the Paris Bar since 2001.
After obtaining a Masters degree in General Private Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre, he started in the profession in law firms specialized in intellectual property and press rights. At the same time, he was a teaching assistant in business law and criminal law in universities of Versailles Saint-Quentin en Yvelines and Evry Val d'Essonne.
Today, if his activity essentially concerns intellectual property, reproduction image rights, press rights, he developed competences in companies' acquisitions, reorganizations and bankruptcy proceedings.
He works both in French and English.
He is also the author of the book La Contrefaçon (Counterfeit) published in the series Que sais-je? France Universities Press, in October 2006, in collaboration with Alain de Bouchony.

He was also a teaching and research assistant in Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Evry Val d'Essonne. He has a Masters degree in General Private Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as a Diploma from the London Commerce and Industry Chamber.
He as large competences in social law, field in which he advices and defends the firm's clients, like individual litigations. He works both in French and English, in the department of corporate law, to bring his expertise during negotiations of companies' transfer and acquisitions.

Isabelle Marçais- Lawyer since 2002.
Admitted to the Bar of Paris, she holds a Master degrees (DJCE) in business law from the University of Rennes.
Specializing in Tax Law, Isabelle Marçais has carried on business within the tax department of Arthur Andersen International from 1998 to 2002, then in the Cabinet Taj /Deloitte Legal and Tax from 2002 to 2010.
With an expertise of more than 12 years gained in the largest tax law firms, Isabelle Marçais created his firm in 2010 with the goal of developing a close and trust relationship with its customers while using work methods and a quality chart equivalent to those of large structures.
She assists companies, individuals and non-profitable organizations, whether for daily transactions, specific transactions (acquisitions, restructuring ...), or tax audits and litigation. She covers both French and international tax aspects.
The languages spoken are French and English.

He graduated from the University of Paris I/XI (LLB in Business Law and Master in IT Law). After practicing in Dubarry Le Douarin Veil and Field Fisher Waterhouse, Pierre-André founded PK Law with Patrick Klugman in 2008 before joining Antares 2014. He advises on a regular basis start-ups and established companies in IP/IT and contractual matters. Pierre-André also developed a particular expertise in commercial leases.
